All sales are final.

Units are selected, accepted, and paid for prior to delivery. For this reason, we do not accept returns once a sale has been completed.

All equipment is sold “as is, where is” unless otherwise specified. No warranties are expressed or implied.

For used equipment, customers are offered the opportunity to accept units prior to purchase in one of the following ways:

  • First unit off the stack
  • Photos provided for approval
  • In-person inspection at a designated facility by appointment

Customers are responsible for confirming container condition and specifications prior to purchase.

If a container is found to have a structural issue upon delivery that was not previously disclosed, please notify us immediately so we can review and address the situation.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.
